I AM A PERSON THAT WAS LEARY ANYWAY OF GOING THROUGH A COMPANY THAT GUARANTEES A FULL REFUND IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A LENDER FOR A PERSONAL LOAN. HAVING BAD CREDIT I HAD APPLIED AT SEVERAL PLACES BEFORE THEN AND BEEN TURNED DOWN. WELL I FOLLOWED THEIR STEPS AN WAS TURNED DOWN BY ALL THE LENDERS THEY PROVIDED. SO I ASKED THEM FOR ADDITIONAL LENDERS AND HAD TO EMAIL THEM 4 TIMES TO GET A RESPONSE AND BY THE TIME I GOT A RESPONSE THERE WAS ONLY ABOUT A WEEK LEFT IN MY 30 DAY $99.00 MEMBERSHIP. WELL THEY RESPONDED WITH AN EMAIL THAT SAID WE DON'T GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO FIND ADDITIONAL LENDERS FOR YOU BUT CHECK YOUR LOG IN EVERY DAY FOR ADDITIONAL LENDERS TO COME. WELL I CHECKED EVERYDAY AND NEED TO SAY NOMORE THERE WERE NO ADDITIONAL LENDERS. I WAS BECOMING VERY UPSET WITH THEM ON HOW THEY RESPONDED TO EMAILS FOR BEING SUCH A "WELL KNOWN COMPANY". THAT I NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE. I WAS NOT ABOUT TO PAY ANOTHER $99 FOR ANOTHER MONTH. I WAS WAITING FOR ALL MY DENIAL LETTERS TO COME AND MAILED THEM OFF FOR MY REFUND. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 15 TO 30 DAYS TO GET MY REFUND DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF YEAR IT WAS. SO AFTER ABOUT 3 WEEKS I EMAILED THEM TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY REFUND. WELL I GOT NO RESPONSE AND SINCE THEN I HAVE EMAIL THEM 5 MORE TIMES AND STILL NO RESPONSE. ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT IT PUT A PHONE NUMBER NEXT TO THE TRANSACTION 888-556-6247 I CALLED IT SEVERAL TIMES. THEY ARE NO HELP AND ARE RUDE. THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE AN ANSWERING SERVICE AND DON'T KNOW ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT AND FOR YOU TO CONTACT THE COMPANY AT LOANAGENTBIZ@YAHOO.COM THROUGH EMAIL. WELL I CALLED AGAIN I TALKED TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY PULLED UP MY ACCOUNT AND SHOWED NO INFORMATION ABOUT ME GETTING A REFUND AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE COMPANY THROUGH EMAIL BECAUSE SHE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME. I AM MAD AND WILL PROBABLY NOT TRUST ANYTHING OVER THE INTERNET TO HELP ME THAT REQUIRES MONEY AND SAYS THAT THEY HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. ANY ADVISE FROM ANY ONE WOULD BE APPRECIATED ON HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK OR ANY INFORMATION THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE ON THIS COMPANY. THANK YOU GABBRIEL IN NEW YORK. Gabbriel elmira, New York U.S.A.

Why do you want a new loan?

Usually people develop "BAD CREDIT" because they did not pay their loans as agreed- maybe because of poor planning, job loss, over spending, sickness, and so on. If you ALREADY have "BAD CREDIT" why would you want a new loan? I remember a guy c1970 who did not make his payments on his existing loans, but he still wanted another loan to replace his car, a car that still ran reasonably well and was old but looked good for its age. Some people you cannot figure out. Your friends at "Loan Agent Biz" may eventually refund your money. I suspect they make their real money as placement commissions from the loan conpanies when a loan is executed. Thomas - Anderson, South Carolina U.S.A.

I would NEVER send money to a "business" with a FREE email address

The OP writes: "CONTACT THE COMPANY AT LOANAGENTBIZ@YAHOO.COM THROUGH EMAIL" Not being condescending or anything, but truly, I would NEVER send money to any "business" that uses a free email program! Legitimate ANYTHING wouldn't use a free email account if they expect people to take them seriously. I realize there may be rebuttals stating they ARE serious businesses with free email addresses for their businesses - well, that's great. But I really doubt I'm the only person who feels there is no reason to expect good results from a business that won't or can't even pay for more professional business email account than yahoo or hotmail, etc. Juliet - Birmingham, Alabama U.S.A.
